Unreachable Site
When a HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal site is unreachable from the proxy server, the site appears dimmed in the mobile app or the web application. A message is displayed under the site name stating the site . To resolve the internet access issue, you may try to connect to the HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal site locally on its main wireless network and launch the HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal mobile app or web application.
To delete an unreachable site, follow these steps:
In the mobile app
| 1. | Select the unreachable site from the page. |
| 2. | Click the advanced menu ( |
| 3. | Click to remove the unreachable site from the list of configured HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal sites. |
In the web application
| 1. | Select the unreachable site from the page. |
| 2. | Click to remove the unreachable site from the list of configured HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal sites.. |
The HPE OfficeConnect Wi-Fi Portal mobile app or web application does not allow you to delete the last associated site to your registered email account.
